Alia Sina

Alia holds a law degree and undergraduate and masters degrees in the arts and sciences. Although she enjoys the legal world, she focused on starting a family with her husband. With a passion for fantasy drama and supernatural stories, Alia's interests encompass multiple genres, along with multiculturalism and interfaith ideas as well. Raised by first-generation Afghan American parents who emigrated from Afghanistan, she draws strength from her cultural and religious traditions and from her parents' stories of their lives in Afghanistan and their successes in a new home.

Alia enjoys traveling with her husband and children and has visited many of the places that inspire her writing. With a busy career of his own, her husband has been incredibly supportive of Alia's interest in writing as a full-time career, as well as providing inspiration for some of the most admirable and dashing characters in her fiction world.

In the interest of privacy, Alia publishes pseudonymously under this pen name. As the mother of young children in a small community, she prefers to write pseudonymously for now. Alia is currently co-writing the next novel in the Knights of the Lost Temple series.
